BACCANO

Cold IPA in collaboration with the British brewery North Brewing, produced using must of Brachetto, an aromatic red grape variety native to Piedmont. Dry, delicately bitter, with a light vinous nuance, to the nose offers fruity and floral hints thanks to a selection of hops intended to recall the characteristic fragrance of the grapes used.
