Clear and refreshing India Pale Ale with a distinctly summery soul, produced in collaboration with Ballarak brewery, from Palermo. The distinctive but delicate character of rye malt leaves ample room to the marked citrus profile of the hops, even more emphasized by the addition of Ciaculli mandarin essential oil, a truly Sicilian agricultural specialty.
